After you order a calibration online and your payment is confirmed, you receive an order confirmation email. Follow these steps to send your ECU to Plus Plus Calibration.
Print this confirmation email and include the printed email in the package with your ECU.

If your order includes a TCU or CPC tune, ship that module in the same package as your ECU.
Wrap each module you are sending in an anti-static bag or bubble wrap, then pack it in a sturdy box with enough padding (bubble wrap, foam or packing paper) that nothing can move. Put your printed confirmation email inside the box with the module. Seal the box securely and ship it with a tracked service; we recommend insuring it for the value of the module. Keep your tracking number until your order is complete.
You pay to ship your ECU to Plus Plus Calibration. Plus Plus Calibration pays for return shipping to the return-shipping address on your order.
Calibration turnaround is two business days, beginning when your ECU is received. Inbound and return shipping transit time is not included.
