How it works
Six steps, and only the ECU travels. Your order confirmation email has everything you need for steps three and four.
Select your make, model and year to see the Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes and add-ons for your car, then check out securely. Your order confirmation email arrives as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Take the ECU out of your car — and your TCU or CPC too if your order includes those tunes. How it comes out differs from car to car; a local shop can remove and reinstall it for you if you’d rather not. Not sure? Call us before you order.
Print your order confirmation email and pack it in the box with your ECU. Wrap each module in an anti-static bag or bubble wrap, with enough padding that nothing can move.
Ship it with a tracked service to the address in your confirmation email; we recommend insuring it for the value of the module. You pay to ship it to us.
Calibration turnaround is two business days, beginning when your ECU is received.
Plus Plus Calibration pays for return shipping to the return-shipping address on your order. Reinstall your ECU and enjoy the drive.

Removing, packing and shipping your ECU.
You find your tune and order online from anywhere in the US, then remove your ECU and ship it to our shop with your printed order confirmation email. We calibrate it within two business days of receiving it and ship it back to you at our cost, ready to reinstall.
Your car can't be driven while its ECU is out. Plan for the shipping time each way plus two business days of calibration, which begins when your ECU is received. A faster shipping service shortens the wait.
Only if your order includes a TCU or CPC tune; then ship that module in the same box as your ECU. Your order confirmation email lists every item to ship. Map switching needs nothing extra.
For a mail-in tune we need the module itself, so it has to come out of the car. How that's done differs from car to car; if you'd rather not do it yourself, a local shop can remove and reinstall it for you. If you're unsure, call us before you order.

Yes. Phoenix-area owners can book an in-shop tune at 952 W Melinda Ln, Suite D. In-shop tunes include before-and-after dyno sheets and data logs, and most Stage 1 tunes are completed in a single day.
