PlusPlus Terms of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pluspluscalibration.com (the “Website”) and any products, software, calibration files, tuning services, dyno services, diagnostic services, installation services, consulting services, or other services provided by Plus Plus Calibration, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Plus Plus Calibration,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this Website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product or service, authorizing work on a vehicle, downloading or installing a calibration file, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase or authorize our services.
1. SERVICES
Plus Plus Calibration provides automotive performance services that may include:
- ECU calibration and tuning;
- TCU calibration and tuning;
- Dyno testing and performance verification;
- Data logging and diagnostics;
- Custom vehicle calibration;
- Remote and off-the-shelf (“OTS”) calibration files;
- Performance-related installation and consulting services; and
- Other automotive performance services offered from time to time.
The exact scope of work for a particular vehicle may be described in an estimate, invoice, work order, written authorization, or other documentation provided to the customer.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed work order or other written agreement specifically applicable to a service, the more specific written agreement will control with respect to that service.
2. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION
By delivering a vehicle to Plus Plus Calibration or authorizing us to perform services, you represent that:
1. You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority from the legal owner to authorize the work;
2. The information you provide regarding the vehicle, modifications, fuel, maintenance history, prior tuning, and mechanical condition is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
3. You authorize Plus Plus Calibration and its employees, contractors, and agents to access, diagnose, operate, move, test, dyno-test, data-log, and reasonably road-test the vehicle as necessary to perform and verify the authorized services; and
4. You understand that performance modification and testing places additional load on vehicle components.
You must disclose known mechanical problems, warning lights, prior ECU or TCU modifications, aftermarket components, fuel-system modifications, engine modifications, drivetrain modifications, and other conditions that may affect the services.
3. PERFORMANCE MODIFICATION RISKS
Automotive performance modification involves inherent risks.
Increasing horsepower, torque, boost pressure, engine speed, transmission loading, or other operating parameters may increase stress on engines, transmissions, clutches, turbochargers, cooling systems, fuel systems, driveline components, tires, and other vehicle systems.
You acknowledge that performance modifications may:
- Accelerate wear on vehicle components;
- Expose previously unknown or developing mechanical problems;
- Cause components operating near their limits to fail;
- Affect fuel economy, noise, drivability, emissions, or maintenance requirements;
- Require upgraded supporting components;
- Affect manufacturer or third-party warranty coverage; and
- Change the manner in which the vehicle responds or performs.
PlusPlus Calibration does not manufacture the customer's engine, transmission, drivetrain, or most associated vehicle components and cannot guarantee the remaining service life of those components.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to excuse Plus Plus Calibration from liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is mechanically suitable for performance modification.
PlusPlus Calibration may refuse, discontinue, or postpone tuning or dyno testing if we believe a vehicle has a mechanical, electrical, fuel-system, cooling-system, drivetrain, tire, safety, or other condition that makes continued testing inappropriate.
If a mechanical problem is discovered during testing or calibration, additional diagnostic or repair work may be required before calibration can continue.
Unless specifically included in the original work order, additional diagnostics, repairs, parts, labor, towing, or related expenses are the customer's responsibility.
5. DYNO TESTING AND ROAD TESTING
The customer authorizes reasonable dyno testing and road testing when necessary to perform, diagnose, verify, or validate the services.
Dyno testing intentionally places the vehicle under controlled load and may operate the engine or drivetrain at high load or engine speed.
Although Plus Plus Calibration uses procedures designed to reduce unnecessary risk, mechanical failures can occur during performance testing, particularly when a component contains a preexisting defect, has been modified, has experienced prior wear or damage, or is operated beyond its original factory configuration.
PlusPlus Calibration is not responsible for failure caused by a preexisting condition, defective component, improper prior modification, inadequate maintenance, contaminated or inappropriate fuel, or another condition outside our reasonable control.
6. PERFORMANCE RESULTS
Horsepower, torque, acceleration, boost, and other performance figures shown on the Website or discussed before service are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Actual results vary depending on factors including:
- Vehicle condition;
- Factory production tolerances;
- Fuel quality and octane;
- Ambient temperature;
- Elevation and atmospheric conditions;
- Dyno type and testing methodology;
- Installed modifications;
- Tire and drivetrain condition; and
- Differences between individual vehicles.
Dyno measurements obtained on different machines, on different days, or under different environmental conditions may not be directly comparable.
Any specific written performance guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or remedy expressly provided by Plus Plus Calibration for a particular service will be governed by the terms of that guarantee.
7. ECU AND TCU SOFTWARE
Calibration files and related software supplied by Plus Plus Calibration are licensed rather than sold except where expressly stated otherwise.
Use of calibration software may also be governed by the Company's separate End-User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”).
By purchasing, receiving, installing, accessing, or using calibration software, you agree to comply with the applicable EULA.
If these Terms conflict with the EULA concerning ownership, licensing, copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or use of calibration software, the EULA controls.
Calibration software may not be copied, resold, distributed, transferred, reverse engineered, sublicensed, uploaded to third-party tuning databases, or installed on another vehicle except with written authorization from Plus Plus Calibration.
8. REMOTE TUNING
When Plus Plus Calibration provides remote calibration services, the customer is responsible for following all instructions relating to:
- Battery voltage and battery-support equipment;
- Flashing procedures;
- Required hardware and software;
- Internet connectivity;
- Data logging;
- Fuel requirements;
- Vehicle modifications; and
- Safe operation of the vehicle.
Interrupting an ECU or TCU programming operation can cause a control module to become temporarily or permanently inoperable.
PlusPlus Calibration is not responsible for problems caused by failure to follow instructions, incompatible third-party hardware, inadequate battery voltage, interrupted communications, unauthorized modifications, incorrect vehicle information, or customer error.
9. EMISSIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Plus Plus Calibration intends to conduct its business in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
PlusPlus Calibration does not authorize its products or services to be used to unlawfully bypass, defeat, disable, or render inoperative required emissions-control systems.
Customers may not request or use Plus Plus Calibration products or services for an unlawful purpose.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle, its modifications, and its use comply with laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the vehicle is registered, operated, sold, or used.
Where a modification or calibration is legally restricted to competition, racing, or other non-highway applications, the customer is responsible for complying with all applicable restrictions.
Plus Plus Calibration reserves the right to refuse any requested service that we reasonably believe would violate applicable law or regulation.
10. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Performance modifications, ECU programming, TCU programming, aftermarket components, or related changes may affect a vehicle manufacturer's willingness or obligation to provide warranty coverage.
Plus Plus Calibration is independent from vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated otherwise and does not control warranty decisions made by manufacturers or dealerships.
Customers with vehicles under a factory, extended, or third-party warranty should evaluate the possible effect of modification before authorizing services.
Plus Plus Calibration does not guarantee that a modification will be undetectable by a manufacturer, dealership, diagnostic system, or other party.
11. FUEL REQUIREMENTS
Certain calibrations require a specific fuel type, minimum octane rating, ethanol concentration, or fuel-system configuration.
The customer is responsible for using fuel appropriate for the installed calibration.
Operating a vehicle on fuel that does not meet the requirements of its calibration may result in reduced performance, detonation, engine damage, or other problems.
Plus Plus Calibration is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect, contaminated, inadequate, or mislabeled fuel.
12. THIRD-PARTY PARTS AND SERVICES
Plus Plus Calibration may install, recommend, or work with products manufactured by third parties.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, third-party products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Plus Plus Calibration is not responsible for manufacturing defects in third-party products or for representations made independently by a third-party manufacturer or supplier.
13. PRICING, ESTIMATES, AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Website may change without notice.
An online price or estimate is not necessarily a final quotation for a particular vehicle. Additional labor, diagnostics, hardware, modifications, repairs, or services may be required based on the condition and configuration of the vehicle.
Payment is due according to the invoice, estimate, work order, or checkout terms provided at the time of purchase.
Plus Plus Calibration may require deposits or payment before beginning work or providing software.
The customer remains responsible for authorized charges associated with work performed on the vehicle.
14. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Appointment deposits, cancellation charges, and refund eligibility may be subject to the terms disclosed when an appointment or service is purchased.
Because custom calibration files are created for a specific vehicle and digital calibration products may be delivered immediately, calibration purchases may become non-refundable after development, delivery, installation, or flashing has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided by a written Plus Plus Calibration guarantee.
Any approved refund may be conditioned on removal or discontinuation of the applicable calibration software.
15. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MODIFICATIONS
PlusPlus Calibration is not responsible for the design, installation quality, suitability, safety, or performance of components installed by the customer or another shop.
Additional time required to diagnose problems caused by prior workmanship, third-party components, wiring changes, mechanical modifications, or previous calibration may result in additional charges.
16. VEHICLE STORAGE AND PICKUP
Vehicles must be picked up within the time reasonably specified after completion of service.
PlusPlus Calibration may charge reasonable storage fees if a completed vehicle is not picked up after notice has been provided, provided such fees are disclosed as required by applicable law or the customer's work order.
The customer is responsible for arranging timely pickup, transportation, or towing when required.
17. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Customers should remove valuables and personal property from vehicles before leaving them with Plus Plus Calibration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plus Plus Calibration is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside a vehicle unless caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
18. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We attempt to provide accurate information on the Website, but automotive specifications, compatibility information, horsepower estimates, product availability, pricing, photographs, and other content may contain errors or become outdated.
We may correct errors and update Website content without prior notice.

20. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Website, software, products, or services:
- For an unlawful purpose;
- To violate applicable federal, state, or local law;
- To gain unauthorized access to Company systems;
- To copy or distribute proprietary calibration files;
- To misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Plus Plus Calibration;
- To interfere with Website operation or security; or
- To infringe the intellectual-property rights of Plus Plus Calibration or another party.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for warranties expressly provided in writing by Plus Plus Calibration and warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed, the Website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUS PLUS CALIBRATION DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in this provision eliminates any express written warranty specifically provided by Plus Plus Calibration.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLUS PLUS CALIBRATION AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
With respect to any claim for which liability may legally be limited, the aggregate liability of Plus Plus Calibration will not exceed the amount actually paid to Plus Plus Calibration for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus Plus Calibration and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of Company software or services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Materially inaccurate information supplied by you;
- Unauthorized distribution or modification of Company software; or
- Your operation or use of a vehicle in violation of applicable law.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Plus Plus Calibration for liability that applicable law prohibits from being shifted to you.
24. COMMUNICATIONS
When you provide your name, email address, telephone number, or other contact information through the Website, you authorize Plus Plus Calibration to contact you regarding your inquiry, appointment, purchase, vehicle, or service.
Promotional or marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.

Plus Plus Calibration does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices.
27. FORCE MAJEURE
Plus Plus Calibration will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility failures, internet outages, equipment failures, supplier delays, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or similar events.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless another written agreement requires a different dispute-resolution procedure, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or services provided by Plus Plus Calibration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona, to the extent permitted by law.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
30. NO WAIVER
Failure by Plus Plus Calibration to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
PlusPlus Calibration may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, the revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable work order, invoice, written guarantee, Privacy Policy, End-User Licensing Agreement, and other agreement expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the customer and Plus Plus Calibration concerning the applicable services.
Where a more specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for the subject matter it addresses.
