The car

About the Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD / Spyder

Rear-wheel drive came to the updated Huracán with the EVO RWD, the successor in spirit to the earlier LP 580-2 and a simpler, lighter alternative to the all-wheel-drive EVO.

Lamborghini removed the front drive and the rear-wheel steering, kept the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 and the seven-speed LDF dual-clutch gearbox, and wrote P-TCS (Performance Traction Control System) for this car. It is traction control set up to favor sporty driving while still giving the driver clear feedback.

The bodywork is specific too. A slot in the front splitter carries a suspended wing that improves airflow under the car and feeds more air to the engine and brakes, and the redesigned rear diffuser adds downforce. Dry weight is 1,389 kg with a 40/60 front-to-rear split. The page covers the coupe and the EVO RWD Spyder.

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 602 hp and 413 lb-ft to 686 hp and 483 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 712 hp and 506 lb-ft.

FAQ

Huracán EVO RWD / Spyder tuning questions

More answers in our FAQ

Which years of the Huracán EVO RWD / Spyder does this tune fit?

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2020–2024 Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD / Spyder models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.

How does the EVO RWD differ from the all-wheel-drive Huracán EVO?

It has no front driveline and no rear-wheel steering, uses its own P-TCS traction control and front splitter, and is 33 kg lighter dry. The all-wheel-drive EVO and EVO Spyder are covered on their own page.

Is the Huracán Tecnica a version of the EVO RWD?

Both are rear-wheel drive, but the Tecnica is a separate model with new front and rear styling inspired by the Super Trofeo EVO2 race car, rear-wheel steering and the higher engine rating shared with the STO. The Tecnica has its own page.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the Huracán EVO RWD / Spyder?

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2024 car, Stage 1 takes it from 602 hp to 686 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 712 hp.
