About the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 / Spyder

The first Huracán, the LP 610-4, made its debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the Gallardo, pairing Lamborghini’s V10 with all-wheel drive and a dual-clutch gearbox.

Its 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 was the first V10 to combine port injection with Lamborghini’s IDS direct stratified injection, using one system, the other or both to suit the driving conditions. The seven-speed LDF (Lamborghini Doppia Frizione) gearbox feeds an electronically controlled Haldex all-wheel-drive system with a mechanical self-locking rear differential, and the chassis combines aluminum and carbon fiber. Magnetorheological dampers were offered as an option.

This page covers the coupe and the LP 610-4 Spyder, which has a soft top and weighs 1,542 kg dry against 1,422 kg for the coupe. Both use the Strada, Sport and Corsa drive modes.

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 610 hp and 412 lb-ft to 650 hp and 460 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 680 hp and 480 lb-ft.

More answers in our FAQ

Which years of the Huracán LP 610-4 / Spyder does this tune fit?

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2015–2019 Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 / Spyder models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.

How does the LP 610-4 differ from the rear-drive Huracán LP 580-2?

The LP 610-4 drives all four wheels. The LP 580-2 drives only the rear wheels, weighs 33 kg less dry, shifts its weight distribution to 40/60 from 43/57, and has its own bumpers and a lower engine rating. It is covered on its own page.

How do I tell this first Huracán from the later Huracán EVO?

Inside, the EVO has an 8.4-inch touchscreen in the center console, which the LP 610-4 does not. Underneath, the EVO adds rear-wheel steering, torque vectoring and the LDVI vehicle dynamics system. The EVO and EVO Spyder have their own page.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the Huracán LP 610-4 / Spyder?

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2019 car, Stage 1 takes it from 610 hp to 650 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 680 hp.
