About the Lamborghini Urus Performante

Where the Urus S is the all-rounder, the Urus Performante is the version built for driving hard, which Lamborghini calls the sporty evolution of its super SUV.

It swaps the air suspension for stiffer steel springs, stands 20 mm lower than the Urus S (1,618 mm against 1,638 mm in Lamborghini’s figures) and has a wider track. Carbon fiber is used for the hood, the whole roof and the wider wheel arches, part of a 47 kg saving over the earlier Urus.

The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and eight-speed automatic match the Urus S, while a new Torsen center differential sends more torque to the rear wheels under acceleration. The torque vectoring and rear-wheel steering are recalibrated, a Rally mode joins the ANIMA selector for low-grip surfaces, and Pirelli Trofeo R tires are an option.

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 657 hp and 627 lb-ft to 738 hp and 744 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 795 hp and 804 lb-ft.

FAQ

Urus Performante tuning questions

More answers in our FAQ

Which years of the Urus Performante does this tune fit?

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2023–2024 Lamborghini Urus Performante models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.

How does the Urus Performante differ from the Urus S?

The Performante gives up the S’s air suspension for steel springs and sits lower, uses more carbon fiber to save weight, and adds a Rally mode. It is quicker to 100 km/h, at 3.3 seconds against 3.5. The Urus S has its own page.

Which Urus models came before the Performante?

The original Urus came first, and the Performante and Urus S came after it, both with a higher-rated version of its twin-turbo V8. The original Urus and the Urus S each have their own page.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the Urus Performante?

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2024 car, Stage 1 takes it from 657 hp to 738 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 795 hp.
