The car
Smaller engine, quicker car: the facelifted Macan Turbo, announced in 2019, swapped the first generation’s 3.6-liter for a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6. Porsche quotes 0–60 mph in 4.3 seconds, or 4.1 with Sport Chrono, 0.3 seconds quicker than its predecessor in each case, and 167 mph flat out, three more than before.
Standard equipment leaned toward the brakes and chassis: Porsche Surface Coated Brakes with a tungsten-carbide coating, PASM, a sport exhaust and 20-inch Macan Turbo wheels, one inch larger than before. Height-adjustable air suspension, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus and carbon-ceramic brakes were on the options list.
It was the last combustion-engined Macan Turbo. When the range was updated for 2022, the GTS became the top model.
Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 434 hp and 406 lb-ft to 530 hp and 630 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 550 hp and 650 lb-ft. The gearbox has its own controller and torque limits, so the optional TCU tune raises them to match, with sharper shifts and stronger clutch clamping.

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2019–2021 Porsche Macan Turbo (95B.2) models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.
No. Porsche dropped the Turbo from the combustion Macan range for 2022 and made the Macan GTS (95B.3) the top model, with a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 at a similar output to this car. A 2022 or later GTS belongs on that page.
The first Turbo used a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6, 19-inch wheels and separate tail lights. This one has the 2.9-liter engine, the full-width LED rear light, standard surface-coated brakes and 20-inch wheels. The two are separate catalog entries.
Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2021 car, Stage 1 takes it from 434 hp to 530 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 550 hp.
A TCU tune is available as an add-on ($1,999). It raises the transmission’s torque limits and sharpens the shifts so the gearbox can handle the extra power. Ship your TCU in the same box as your ECU.
