About the Aston Martin V12 Vantage

Aston Martin presented this car in March 2022 as the last V12 Vantage, a farewell to the formula of its largest engine in its smallest car. All 333 coupes were sold before the reveal, and a run of 249 roadsters followed that August at Pebble Beach.

The 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12, shared with the DB11, is mated to an eight-speed ZF automatic and a mechanical limited-slip differential at the rear, where the V8 car uses an electronic one. The body is around 40 millimeters wider to match a wider track, with a carbon-fiber front bumper, clamshell hood, front fenders and sills, a larger grille and a center-exit exhaust.

Underneath, spring rates rise sharply over the Vantage V8, carbon-ceramic brakes and 21-inch wheels are standard, and the bodywork generates up to 204 kg of downforce. Aston Martin quotes 0–60 mph in 3.4 seconds for the coupe and 200 mph for both body styles.

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 690 hp and 555 lb-ft to 800 hp and 740 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 825 hp and 760 lb-ft.

FAQ

V12 Vantage tuning questions

More answers in our FAQ

Which years of the V12 Vantage does this tune fit?

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2023–2024 Aston Martin V12 Vantage models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.

Is this the same car as the earlier V12 Vantage?

No. The V12 Vantage and V12 Vantage S built on the previous Vantage used a naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12. This page is for the 2022 car based on the current-generation Vantage, with the twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter engine.

How is it different from the Vantage V8?

Beyond the engine, the V12 car has a wider body and track, carbon-fiber front panels, firmer springs, standard carbon-ceramic brakes and a mechanical rear differential, and it was only made in limited numbers. The eight-cylinder car has its own page, Vantage V8.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the V12 Vantage?

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2024 car, Stage 1 takes it from 690 hp to 800 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 825 hp.
