The car
Porsche Exclusive, the factory’s personalization department, launched its new name, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, with this car in June 2017: a 911 Turbo S coupe limited to 500 examples worldwide and finished by hand at Zuffenhausen.
Its 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six carries an exclusive power kit that lifts output above the standard Turbo S, and drive goes through the seven-speed PDK to all four wheels. PASM, Sport Chrono, rear-axle steering, PDCC and carbon-ceramic brakes are standard.
Golden Yellow Metallic is the signature color, though others were offered. The hood, roof and side skirts are carbon fiber, with two carbon-weave strips running over the hood and roof, and the rear carries the Turbo Aerokit wing and a carbon ram-air scoop. Black 20-inch center-lock wheels have Golden Yellow accents, and a numbered plate on the passenger side records each car’s place in the series.
Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 599 hp and 553 lb-ft to 700 hp and 720 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 730 hp and 740 lb-ft. The gearbox has its own controller and torque limits, so the optional TCU tune raises them to match, with sharper shifts and stronger clutch clamping.

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2018–2019 Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series (991.2) models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.
The engine has an extra power kit, the hood, roof and side skirts are carbon, and the cabin and paint were finished by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur with Golden Yellow details. The regular car is listed as 911 Turbo S (991.2) with its own figures.
Each one has a limited-edition number plate on the passenger side, door-entry guards with illuminated Exclusive Series lettering and Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur plates on the fenders. The two carbon-weave strips across the hood and roof are also unique to it.
Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2019 car, Stage 1 takes it from 599 hp to 700 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 730 hp.
A TCU tune is available as an add-on ($1,999). It raises the transmission’s torque limits and sharpens the shifts so the gearbox can handle the extra power. Ship your TCU in the same box as your ECU.
