The car
Unveiled in May 2018 and named after the largest diamond ever found, the Cullinan is Rolls-Royce’s first SUV and its first car with all-wheel drive. The company describes it as the only purpose-built luxury SUV, designed to carry the brand’s ride quality off paved roads.
It sits on the aluminum spaceframe introduced with the Phantom, with self-leveling air suspension, a double-wishbone front axle, a five-link rear and all-wheel steering. A single Everywhere button prepares it for loose surfaces, and it can wade through 540 mm of water. The 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 drives through an eight-speed ZF automatic that uses GPS data to anticipate the road.
Unusually for an SUV, it is a three-box design, with a glass partition separating the cabin from the luggage space. Buyers chose between Lounge Seats for three in the rear or two Individual Seats, and the rear seats fold electrically, a first for the brand.
On a 2025 car, Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 563 hp and 627 lb-ft to 715 hp and 715 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 745 hp and 760 lb-ft.

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2018–2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan models. Choose your year at the top of the page; figures and prices for each year are shown in the table above.
They share the aluminum spaceframe and the 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12. The Phantom is the long, rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan, while the Cullinan is taller and shorter, drives all four wheels and adds off-road modes. Each has its own page with its own factory figures.
Our catalog lists the Cullinan through the 2025 model year, which includes cars built after the Series II update went into production in August 2024. That update revised the front end, lit the grille and added larger wheel options without changing the powertrain.
Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2025 car, Stage 1 takes it from 563 hp to 715 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 745 hp.
