About the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge

Rolls-Royce completed its Black Badge family with the Cullinan in 2019, calling it the darkest and most urban Black Badge yet. It followed the Wraith, Ghost and Dawn and was the first Black Badge car with all-wheel drive, which makes it a different proposition from the rear-wheel-drive Black Badge cars before it.

Beyond the finishes, Rolls-Royce raised the output of the 6.75-liter V12, which delivers full torque from 1,700 rpm, and gave it an entirely new exhaust along with a bespoke transmission and throttle calibration. The brake pedal’s bite point was raised and its travel shortened, the suspension components and settings were revised, and the calipers were painted in high-gloss red, the first colored calipers on a Rolls-Royce.

It rides on 22-inch forged wheels in a Black Badge design, wears a Spirit of Ecstasy in high-gloss black chrome, and uses Technical Carbon veneer, a naked-weave carbon fiber given six coats of lacquer.

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and takes it from 591 hp and 664 lb-ft to 715 hp and 715 lb-ft on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 is calibrated for supporting bolt-on modifications and high-octane fuel, for 745 hp and 760 lb-ft.

FAQ

Cullinan Black Badge tuning questions

More answers in our FAQ

Which years of the Cullinan Black Badge does this tune fit?

Our online catalog lists Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunes for 2021–2024 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge models. Choose your year at the top of the page; the figures and prices are the same for every year.

How can I tell a Cullinan Black Badge from a standard Cullinan?

Look for the black chrome Spirit of Ecstasy and grille, the 22-inch forged Black Badge wheels and, on many cars, red brake calipers. Inside, Technical Carbon veneer is the Black Badge signature. The standard SUV is on the Cullinan page with its own figures.

Does this page cover the Black Badge Cullinan Series II?

Our catalog lists the Cullinan Black Badge from 2021 to 2024, the cars built before Rolls-Royce presented the Black Badge Cullinan Series II in 2024. If your car is a Series II, contact us before ordering.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the Cullinan Black Badge?

Stage 1 is calibrated for the car as it left the factory and runs on pump-grade fuel. Stage 2 pairs the calibration with supporting bolt-on modifications such as downpipes and runs on high-octane fuel. On a 2024 car, Stage 1 takes it from 591 hp to 715 hp. Stage 2 takes it to 745 hp.
